The current marketed products requires the installer / user to measure a very specific drilling depth and width to ensure the anchor expands to the right load operation. Some marketed products require experienced professionals to perform the installation and as well as using their obligated specified manufacturers tool to install their product whereas our product does not.

Our patented product (Anchor Bolts) is an expansion type threaded female sleeve anchor, that can allow multiple types of threaded metric or imperial fittings such as machine bolts, threaded hooks, threaded rods.

The (Anchor Bolts) can be installed in pre-set concrete applications and will achieve the same result as in set concrete drilling applications.

Our expansion type threaded female sleeve anchor does not have over-drilled hole depth complications. If the hole drilled is accidentally pitched, our product will still perform with the same result.

The installation of our product does not require any specialized skill from the installer.
Our expansion type threaded female sleeve anchor has a higher rated pull-out tensile and shear strength than the majority of marketed products.

The unique heavy duty design of our expansion type threaded female sleeve anchor will not pivot during and after installation in the concrete.

During the installation process, as the threaded male machine bolt or threaded hook is inserted into our threaded female sleeve anchor, it draws a opposite force to effortlessly expand the female anchor sleeve.

The expansion type threaded female sleeve anchor fits flush with, or just below the surface of the concrete. This leaves no protrusions in the event of removal, allowing for an easy patch work.

Ultimately, our expansion type threaded female sleeve anchor can be used with multiple types of machine bolts, threaded hooks, threaded rods or any threaded metal fittings with a 100% easy to install success rate and easy to use for any DIY installer.

It is designed for any masonry anchoring application. For example, building construction, air conditioning installation, lighting fixture installation, anchoring commercial advertising display boards, plumbing applications, anchoring security systems, elevator rail anchoring applications and much more.

In order to correctly setup our expansion type threaded female sleeve anchor, the length of choice of the machine bolt or threaded rod must accommodate the thickness of the fixture and the length of our threaded female sleeve anchor. For example the fixture is 10mm + the threaded female sleeve anchor of 35mm, the machine bolt or threaded rod has to be no less then 45mm.

Tensile strength: >= 800kg
Hole width: 10.5mm
Hole depth: 40mm

Based on this testing, the fixture is elevated in suspend mode for 800 hours with <= 500kg movement and <= 1mm

Marketed Anchor:
Concrete density of 25 N/MM2
Anchor size: M8
Tensile strength: >= 600kg
Hole width: 10.5mm
Hole depth: 45mm

Based on this testing, the fixture is elevated in suspend mode for 800 hours with <= 400kg movement and <= 1mm

This test is conducted with the anchor in full expansion however in some marketed products, they require accurate or specific hole depth or the use of an obligated manufacturers specified tool. If the product is not installed correctly, it will jeopardise the tensile strength, hence the fixture and its anchor will completely extract from the hole.
In contrast, our product is controlled by the length of the machine bolt and will not fail.

There are several general surface treatments to determine the resistance in acidic environments.
1. General coating process for acidic resistance is 24 – 48hours
2. Environmentally friendly coating process for acidic resistance is 24 – 48hours
The above process can be determined within the customer’s request. The manufacturer will normally carry the environmentally friendly coated product.

The process of testing (万能材料测试机 / universal material testing machine):
Prior to production, our company will test 3 – 5 pieces in a specified concrete block and then utilise the (万能材料测试机 / universal material testing machine). If the test results reaches the recommended load ratings, the mass production will begin. Once the mass production is completed, a selection of 5 -10 pieces will be tested with a third party testing facility to confirm the production and its load rating integrity. From the prior testing results and the post production results, the load rating is determined with a median figure and will be provided to the client as the final specified load rating.
